TTR200.E1.H.BF.EP.CS.M5 is a compact universal rail-mounted HART temperature transmitter from ABB. The following are some of its parameters:

Input signal

Thermal resistor: supports 2, 3, and 4-wire thermal resistor inputs, and can be connected to common thermal resistor sensors such as Pt100 for temperature measurement.

Thermocouple: Can receive thermocouple signals, and common thermocouple types such as K-type, J-type, and T-type may be compatible.

Resistance signal: Can input resistance signals of 0…5000Ω.

Voltage signal: Can process voltage signals of -125…+1100mV.

Output signal

2-wire technology: Adopts 2-wire transmission, with good anti-interference ability and low power consumption characteristics.

4-20mA linear with temperature: The output current signal is linearly related to the measured temperature, which is convenient for interface and data processing with other automation equipment.

HART signal: Supports HART communication protocol, which can realize digital communication and facilitate remote configuration, monitoring and diagnosis.

2 LED status indications: The green LED indicator is used to display the power supply system of the temperature transmitter, and the red LED indicator can display the unit or sensor failure, which is convenient for on-site staff to quickly judge the status of the equipment.

Supply voltage monitoring: It has the function of monitoring the supply voltage, and can issue an alarm signal in time when the supply voltage is abnormal.

Spark-free explosion-proof: ATEX EEx nA, can be used in some places with relatively low explosion-proof requirements, but still need to prevent sparks from causing explosions.

Parameter setting

FDT/DTM: Parameters can be configured and managed through FDT/DTM technology, which is convenient for integration with various field device management systems.

Smart/Vision/DSV401: Supports tools such as Smart/Vision/DSV401 for parameter setting and monitoring, and provides a variety of operation methods.
