Technical features of Beckhoff AX5000

Control performance: The minimum response cycle of current control, speed control, and position control can reach 62.5μs, with variable parameter current and speed filters, which can support high-speed and high-dynamic positioning tasks.

Communication technology: Using EtherCAT as the communication system, it can be ideally combined with PC-based control technology and supports connection with other fieldbus systems.

Interface features: It has a flexible feedback interface and supports the connection of all common feedback systems, including resolvers and high-resolution encoders with EnDAT, BISS or Hiperface interfaces; supports reading of tabs for fully digital feedback systems such as EnDAT 2.2 or BISS-C; supports the AM8000 servo motor series and a variety of other motor models.

Safety functions: Safety functions such as TwinSAFE's STO/SS1 and the intelligent safety function Safe Motion can be integrated.

Design optimization: Supports OCT single cable technology, with single-channel and dual-channel designs, dual channels can share expensive components such as power modules, and the power between the two channels is variable and adjustable.
