Inlet pressure

Usually, the maximum inlet pressure (valve body rating) of this series of products may be around 250 psig (17.2 bar), which can ensure safe and stable access to fluid media within a certain pressure range.

Outlet pressure

Adjustment range: The outlet pressure may have a certain adjustable range, such as 0 - 150 psig (0 - 10.3 bar), so that the output pressure can be flexibly adjusted according to different usage scenarios and the needs of downstream equipment.

Pressure accuracy and stability:

Inlet sensitivity: For every 25 psig (1.7 bar) inlet pressure change, the outlet pressure change may be less than 0.2 psig (14 mbar), to ensure that the outlet pressure can remain relatively stable when the inlet pressure fluctuates.

Repeatability: The repeatability of outlet pressure regulation may reach 0.1 psig (7 mbar), that is, the output pressure fluctuates less when it is adjusted to the same set value each time.

Internal relief pressure

When the system pressure rises abnormally, the internal relief valve will open. Its maximum emergency outlet pressure may be set to 50 psig (3.4 bar) above the normal outlet pressure to protect downstream equipment and system safety.

Intelligent Bleed Set Point

The intelligent bleed function helps to remove gas from the system. Its set point pressure differential may be 6 psi (0.41 bar). When this pressure differential is reached, the bleed function is activated.
