The entire BUM 60 device consists of three parts: feed-in converter, motor-side inverter and controller module. This documentation does not cover the various controller modules, which are described in separate operating instructions.
The BUS 60 power module does not have the feed-in converter with inrush current limitation and the ballast circuit. The device only has a motor-side inverter and a controller slot. With this power module - in conjunction with devices that contain feed-in converters - multi-axis systems can be set up that enable energy exchange via the intermediate circuits.

1 Connect the motor via terminals 1U2, 1V2, 1W2, PE.
Make sure the connection is in the correct phase (direction of rotation).
Observe the permissible torques!
2 Connect the device to the mains choke output via the mains input terminals 1U1, 1V1 and 1W1 - not for BUS 60.
3 Connect the protective conductor to the PE terminal (a fixed protective conductor connection is mandatory).
4 Connect the 24 V supply.
(if you take UL508C into account: limit the current to 4 A).
5 Connect the controller (see the controller operating instructions)
