Samson 3730-3 Electropneumatic positioner with HART® communication

The Type TROVIS 3730-3 electro-pneumatic positioner is designed to work with general industrial applications. This positioner is the successor of type 3730-3 positioner with communication protocol HART Revision 7.

The TROVIS 3730-3 Positioner with diagnostic features for 4 to 20 mA applications and HART® communication comes with a new type of plain-text display. It displays icons, such as the NAMUR condensed state, and makes operation even more user-friendly. Display texts are available in English and German. The available options are the same as for the predecessor model. What is more, new combinations are now possible.

Calibrated travel sensor without gears susceptible to wear

Sub (substitution) initialization mode allows the positioner to be started up in case of emergency whilst the plant is running without having to change the valve position.
