The IC693MDL940 is a GE - Fanuc 90 - 30 Series Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) module. It is a Relay Output module, which is designed with four groups, each containing four output channels, amounting to a total of sixteen output channels. Each channel of this relay output module takes the form of a Normally Open (NO) contact. Each output channel has a maximum pilot duty current capacity of 2 Amperes, while the maximum output capacity per common is 4 Amperes with a minimum load of 10 mA.

Each output channel has a maximum OFF - to - ON transition time of 15 ms and an ON - to - OFF transition time of 15 ms, with a maximum inrush current capacity of 5 Amperes. This module is designed with field - side and logic - side isolation of 1500 Volts and 500 Volts between groups. The module occupies a single slot of the 90 - 30 chassis. It has an internal power consumption of 7 mA (when all outputs are on) from the 5 - volt bus on the backplane and 135 mA (when all outputs are on) from the 24 - volt relay bus on the backplane. The IC693MDL940 has a rated operational voltage of 24 volts DC, 120/240 volts AC, and the operating voltage range is 5 to 30 VDC and 5 to 250 VAC, 50/60 Hz.
