Description:BCZY Series Explosion Proof Movable Switchboards ATEX Approved Flameproof
Explosion-proof grade: In ATEX certification, the applicable hazardous areas, such as Zone 1, Zone 2, etc., as well as the corresponding gas or dust categories and temperature groups will be clearly stated. For example, II 2G Ex d IIC T6 Gb means it is suitable for gas environment zone 2, explosion-proof type, can handle IIC type gas (such as hydrogen, etc.), and the maximum surface temperature of the equipment does not exceed 85°C.
Rated voltage: Common ones are 220V, 380V, 400V, etc. Different application scenarios and electrical systems will choose different rated voltages.
Rated current: Depending on the capacity and load capacity of the distribution board, it may range from tens of amperes to hundreds of amperes, such as 100A, 200A, 400A, etc., to meet the power requirements of different equipment.
Protection level: Usually expressed as IPXX, such as IP65, the first number 6 means complete dustproof, and the second number 5 means water spray-proof, that is, water spray directed at the equipment from any direction should not cause damage.
Short-circuit withstand current: refers to the maximum current value that the switchboard can withstand in the event of a short-circuit fault, generally in kiloamperes (kA), such as 10kA, 15kA, etc. This parameter reflects the short-circuit protection capability and electrical strength of the switchboard.
Insulation resistance: The insulation resistance of the switchboard is required to be no less than a certain value, usually at the megohm (MΩ) level, to ensure electrical safety and prevent leakage accidents.
Operation mode: may include manual operation, remote control, etc., to facilitate the operation and control of the switchboard in different scenarios.
Dimensions and weight: Depending on the actual installation location and usage requirements, the dimensions will vary, and the weight will also vary depending on the material and structure, such as 500mm×400mm×300mm in size and 20kg in weight.
