Cisco SFP-10G-ZR-S module (S-Class)

The Cisco 10GBASE-ZR module supports link lengths of up to about 80 kilometers on standard SMF (G.652). This interface is not specified as part of the 10 Gigabit Ethernet standards and is, instead, built according to Cisco specifications. SFP-10G-ZR-S does not support FCoE.

Cisco SFP-10G-ZR-S module (S - Class) is a 10 Gigabit Ethernet optical module. The following is a detailed introduction:

General characteristics

Transmission rate: 10Gbps.

Package type: SFP+, with the characteristics of miniaturization and hot pluggable, easy to install and replace, without turning off the power of the device.

Digital diagnosis: Supports digital diagnostic function (DDM), which can monitor the working status of the module in real time, such as temperature, voltage, optical power and other parameters, to facilitate network administrators to troubleshoot and maintain.
