Technical highlights

1. Data transmission rate: up to 100Mbps, which can quickly process data, ensure the timely transmission of instructions and information between devices, and avoid errors in production lines due to data delays.

2. System cycle: extremely short, sub-millisecond level, usually 100μs - 300μs, suitable for scenarios with high real-time requirements such as multi-axis synchronous control of high-speed machining centers, ensuring machining accuracy and efficiency.

3. Topology: supports bus type, star type, tree type, etc., and users can flexibly build as needed. Large factories use tree type, and small automation units choose bus type, taking into account reliability and cost.

EtherCAT terminal module

EL1008: 8 digital input channels, connect switches and sensors, use it to connect proximity switches in automated warehouses to control the location of goods.

EL2008: 8 digital output channels, control relays and solenoid valves, and industrial heating systems use it to adjust temperature.

EL3054: 4 analog input channels, support 4-20mA current signals, collect pressure and temperature analog data in chemical production.

EtherCAT coupler

EK1100: Connect the master station and terminal module, convert protocols, transmit data, and build a factory automation network.

EK1501-0018: Suitable for long distances or strong electromagnetic interference environments, stable optical fiber transmission, ID dip switch for easy identification and management, used for cross-workshop production lines.
