Fisher 167DAS Series Three-Way Switching Valve is a compact, precise, easy to maintain, rugged and corrosion-resistant three-way switching valve that can steadily reduce the pressure of gaseous fluids and deliver them to pilot-operated controllers and other pneumatic instruments through 1/4 or 1/2 NPT port connections. It can adapt to temperature environments from -40 to 180°F.
167DAS-15: Ports A and C are 1/4NPT, the air film range is 14 to 20psig when port A or C is used as the inlet, and the air film range is 7 to 20psig when port B is used as the inlet.
The technical parameters of Fisher 167DAS-15 are as follows:
- **Connection specifications**
- **Ports A and C**: 1/4 or 1/2 NPT
- **Vent and control pressure connection (port D) and port B**: 1/4 NPT
- **Pressure parameters**
- **Maximum inlet pressure**: 125psig (8.6bar) under normal conditions; 100psig (6.9bar) under NACE conditions
- **Outlet pressure A/C**: Since there is no specific special marking, it is speculated to be similar to common specifications, and may be in a reasonable conventional range such as 20 to 60psi, but there is no exact data to show the exact value
- **Outlet pressure B**: There is also no specific data, and it is speculated to be in the conventional range of about 15 to 50psi
- **Maximum diaphragm pressure**: 150psi (10.3bar) higher than the outlet pressure setting value, up to 250psi (17.2bar)
- **Temperature range**
- **Standard Service (167D and 167DA Types Only with Nitrile Rubber NBR)**: -20 to 180°F (-29 to 82°C)
- **Low Temperature Service (167D and 167DA Types Only) and Standard Service (167DS and 167DAS Types Only)**: -40 to 180°F (-40 to 82°C)
- **High Temperature Service (with Fluororubber FKM)**: 0 to 300°F (-18 to 149°C)
- **Other Parameters**
- **Pressure Recording Method**: Internal
- **Approximate Weight**: 2.8 lbs (1kg)
