FOXBORO PH Sensor PH12 Series Introduction
The Foxboro® PH12 Series Sensors are precision electrochemical sensors that are used with a popular set of mounting accessories to measure pH and ORP. These sensors provide a unique electrode technology in the widely used 12 mm form factor, and provide fast response, long life, and high accuracy and stability. They are rugged, easy-to- use devices particularly well suited for low and high temperature, sanitary, and biocompatibility installations. The low cost construction renders the sensor disposable, and therefore eliminates costly sensor maintenance.
Features and Benefits of FOXBORO PH Sensor PH12 Series:
-Durable PEEK body
Superior strength and chemical resistance. Longer service life and better resistance to maintenance.
-Flat film electrodes for better performance
High temperature capability up to 125°C greatly extends the range of flat glass applications. Rugged construction extends service life in demanding applications.
-Non-metallic wetted parts
Sensors are impervious to most process fluids, which greatly extends service life.
-Wide range and high temperature electrodes
Hemispherical glass electrodes for very wide temperature ranges (-25 to + 125°C) and very high temperatures (140°C) optimize the sensor type for your application, providing good performance and long service life.
-Biocompatibility and 3A hygiene standards
Certification allows the use of these sensors in food, beverage, dairy and biopharmaceutical processes where strict compliance with applicable standards is required.
DESCRIPTION of FOXBORO PH Sensor PH12-1G11Q-ZZ
For pH and ORP applications requiring a rugged and cost-effective sensor in a 12 mm form factor, the Foxboro model PH12 offers durable materials and construction.
Unlike other 12 mm pH and ORP sensors, the Foxboro Model PH12 has a chemically resistant PEEK body, flat membrane sensing electrode, and no metal wetted parts. The combination of design features and a temperature rating of 125°C (flat glass) or 140°C (domed glass) provides ruggedness and longevity.
In addition, the PH12 incorporates a non-metallic grounding solution as a standard feature, thus allowing sensor diagnostics to be performed on a cost-effective platform.
