Honeywell Model TC808B3203 Smart Fixed Temperature (57°C) Thermal Detector. The TC808B series are Addressable Thermal Detectors and utilize an innovative thermistor sensing circuit to produce thermal detection.
They are compatible with HONEYWELL Fire Alarm Control Panels. It uses the FlashScan® communication protocol, which improves communication speed by up to 5 times over previous designs.

TC808B1066: Intelligent high-temperature 194°F thermal detector.
