Allen Bradley Linking Devices Ethernet-to-DeviceNet 1788-CNCR

The Allen-Bradley 1788-CNCR is a ControlNet daughtercard. This electronic communication adapter attaches to any compatible host device such as a computer or controller that supports the connection port of the daughtercard. The 1788-CNCR comes with Two (2) ControlNet ports, supporting simplex and redundant ControlNet media.

The 1788-CNCR uses a coaxial media cable for establishing connection to the ControlNet network. It also comes with a Network Access Port (NAP) and built-in LED status indicators such as I/O status, Module Status and Network Status LEDs. It is also provided with node address switches installed beside the LED indicators. These node switches allows setting of the daughter card’s node address. The LED status indicators have Three (3) operating states such as steady, alternating and flashing.
