Basically, the 1788-CN2FF device allows for quick and easy configuration, enhanced closed-loop control, and direct monitoring of devices on the closed-loop system. With the 1788-CN2FF device, the ControlNet PLC processor can easily access data and control any connected Fieldbus devices like pressure transmitters. The 1788-CN2FF device is a multi-block and multi-channel device that makes connected Fieldbus devices visible on the ControlNet network, thereby allowing the ControlNet devices and controllers to access data from the Fieldbus over the ControlNet Network. The 1788-CN2FF device is compatible with the ControlNet, NAP access port, and the FOUNDATION Fieldbus H1 channel.
