Allen Bradley Linking Devices Ethernet-to-DeviceNet 1788-EN2DNROM

The Allen-Bradley 1788-EN2DNROM linking device is an IP 67 rated Ethernet/IP-to-DeviceNet linking device. It is used to connect control level networks to device-level networks. The 1788-EN2DNROM linking device enables complete DeviceNet master capability and therefore up to 63 DeviceNet slave devices can be connected to a single Ethernet/IP interface. The 1788-EN2DNROM linking device can be used as either a router/bridge which connects an Ethernet network to a DeviceNet network and as a gateway between control level and device level networks for the purposes of device configuration, data collection, or control.
