Allen Bradley 1203-GK2 Series B SCANport communications module

The Allen-Bradley 1203-GK2 serial communications module is part of Series B of the Allen-Bradley Bulletin 1203 serial communication module product line. This communications module communicates through a DH-485 port and RS-232, RS-422, and RS-483 ports that use the DF1 Protocol. The 1203-GK2 serial communications module is sensitive to ESD or Electrostatic Discharge that can damage the module or disrupt its communications. This communications module is an optional interface module that users can install on several different Allen-Bradley drives to customize and configure them for communication through a direct digital link. It can create this direct digital link with any Allen-Bradley drive that has a SCANport. Compatible Allen-Bradley drives include the 1557 medium voltage drives, 1305 drives, and the 1336 PLUS and FORCE drives.
