Electro-mechanical safety switch for door monitoring on the hinge
Safety hinge switches are used for monitoring rotatable protective devices, e.g., swiveling gate and hinged doors. The hollow or solid shaft of the safety hinge switch forms a fixed and positive connection between the safety switch and the door hinge. These safety switches offer a high level of protection against tampering. The i10H safety hinge switch is enclosed in a compact plastic housing and comes with a solid stainless steel shaft.
Benefits
Highl level of prevention against tampering, which ensures optimum machine safety
Easy to mount directly on the door or gate hinge – no restriction to the open area of the guard
Standardized plastic housing
Stainless steel solid shaft with 10 mm
1 cable entry M16 x 1.5
Slow action switching element with up to 3 contacts
Adjustable switching point
IP67 enclosure rating
