The controller 1391-AA45 has an integrated circuit breaker, a shunt regulator resistor for heat dissipation during regenerative braking, a removable compact Logic box for diagnosis and troubleshooting, and transient voltage protection. 

1391-AA45 provides an adjustable peak current of 20 - 200% of the rated motor current (up to 90A), has a load - dependent 85% efficiency, a 2.5 kHz (±10%) modulation frequency, a 0.07RPM/ºC maximum drift, and zero dead bands. There's an integral 50CFM fan. It uses a 230V AC (three - phase) 50 - 60Hz transformer with 35.5V AC control voltage and an input tolerance of +10% to - 15%.
